Adriana Lima’s WorkoutAs a Victoria’s Secret model and the face of the brand’s new fragrance Noir, Adriana Lima has a body that most women dream of.  Recently in People Magazine, she does confess that it is a lot of hard work and she has tried various exercises to find what works best for her.

“I tried running, I took spin classes, I tried yoga, but I needed something to challenge me.”

So how did this women become such a ‘knockout?’

“Boxing!  It’s my favorite thing to do because it’s always exciting. It’s the best type of cardio that you can do. And you build up muscles without being too big.”
