Kelly Clarkson - Celebrity Weight lossFormer American Idol winner, Kelly Clarkson, has not just recently released a new hit single, but she’s released a new hit body as well. When the video, My Life Would Suck Without You, debuted last week, people were amazed at her slender new figure. Some say she’s lost up to 20 pounds but an insider told OK magazine that Kelly has lost approximately 7 to 10 pounds. So how did she do it?

First off, she jump-started her weight loss plan by cranking up the exercise and doing basic cardio such as light running and the elliptical machine. As for her daily diet, she eliminated carbohydrates and sugar from her meals as well as alcohol. Previously, Kelly was prone to late night munchies and a couple of evening beers but that has obviously changed. When Kelly was a teenager she struggled with bulimia and comfort food was her only vice, but now she has learned to control her eating habits and make healthy choices in regard to her weight. Hats off to Kelly Clarkson for doing it right! Kelly’s new album comes out March 15th.
