Jennifer Aniston DietJennifer Aniston turned 40 last week on February 11th, and she looks amazing. What are her secrets? First off, she participates in a variety of exercise such as yoga, weight training and cardiovascular work on the treadmill and/or crosstrainer. However, keep in mind that she does intensive yoga study and pilates sessions with her trainer, Mandy Ingber, approximately 8 to 10 hours a week. That takes a lot of dedication, time and will power! According to her trainer,

Jennifer, being only 40 years young, proves that studying and practicing the essentials of yoga makes a difference at various levels, not just the physical, but the emotional and spiritual levels as well.

Jennifer Aniston’s Diet
Jennifer maintains her size 8 figure with the  Zone diet. Her diet consists of a ratio of 40% carbs, 30% fat and 30% protein.
Jennifer begins her day with a glass of  freshly squeezed lemon juice.

“Jen has a low-carb diet, so she eats a lot of smoked turkey and lettuce wraps. Recently, she’s adjusted her snacking, which used to include corn chips, salsa and guacamole, and now regularly requests fresh fruit – blueberries are a favourite as they have a low sugar content – and cheeses.”

Jen’s Weight Loss Tip
If she begins to gain weight she replaces foods such as pasta with more veggies.
