Jessica Biel’s WorkoutJessica Biel has always been praised for her svelte physique, strong arms and flat abs.  Lucky for us, her fitness trainer, Jason Walsh, recently told People Magazine how she stays in such great shape.  She explained that Jessica will start with some stretches and then do cardio where she will run for half a mile and then do two 200-meter, 150-meter, and 100-meter sprints.  Jason said she will also do core work and plyometrics, such as stair jumping. She said,

“These hurt,” says Walsh of stair jumping. “Even athletes hate them. After Jessica did these the first time, she would’ve punched me if she had the energy.”

Jessica will also do some weight training with light weights, the seated russian twist and shoulder /  bicep work.  As or Jessica’s healthy diet, it too is picture perfect, just like her workout.  In the mornings she will have oatmeal or whole wheat toast with almond butter and for dinner she will have fish, veggies and rice.  When it comes to snacks she enjoys fresh fruit and allows herself some dark chocolate from time to time.
