Kim Kardashian’s workout In a recent interview, Kim said the following:
“I look a lot bigger on TV. When I meet people, the first thing they say is, “Wow, you’re so much smaller than I thought.” I look about 15 pounds heavier. I’m only 115 pounds, and everyone thinks I’m like 130 or 140. It’s bizarre. I’m a size 2!”
So how does Kim stay in that size? Here is the deal:
Current eating habits?
“I love to eat. Cooking is a big part of my life,” she says. But now that she’s dancing, Kim is hesitant about eating too unhealthily. “When you’re putting that much time into perfecting something, you don’t want to just eat a cheeseburger. I’ve been eating better.”
Her splurges?
“I love Crunch Bar Dibs. I’m an ice cream and cookie girl,” she says. “I love to make cupcakes.”
Fave healthy snacks?
“Granola bars, little snacks like almonds and sliced fruit,” she explains. “It’s really boring, but I try to do that, especially when I’m on the go.”
Typical lunch?
Her dance partner Mark Ballas says, “On our lunch breaks, we both usually have chicken salads. It’s good that she eats a lot of protein while she is doing this. She is constantly burning calories, and she needs the energy.”
Health secrets?
Kim loves to get her ZZZs. “Sleep is really important to me,” she says. “I never like to be sleep deprived.” Water is also crucial. “I make sure that I’m hydrated.”
As for Kim’s workout, dancing is obviously one of the best workouts out there. In addition to that, she does squats, lunges with weights, and glute kickbacks.
