Looking good in a bikini is all in a day’s work for Marisa Miller. Her trick to toning up for a two-piece?
According to People Magazine she said,
“I can throw the bands in my suitcase and do it in my hotel room and make it easy,” says the Victoria’s Secret model.
She continues,
“They’re pretty simple, but they’re good for toning your butt, your legs, your arms – anything.”
Marisa does 30-minute sessions five times a week. One would think she also does some cardio in order to be bikini ready at all times. Yes, resistance training keeps everything firm but it doesn’t necessarily burn that much fat. In an earlier article about Marisa, we learned that she works hard to stay in shape and incorporates many different exercise regimens such as boxing and spinning.
