Vanessa Williams Diet: Vanessa Williams, the 46-year-old star of Ugly Betty, recently told Ok Magazine how she maintains her figure. She said that for breakfast she will have a half of a bagel with cream cheese and half a cup of coffee. That’s seems like very little, but bagels are known for being packed with carbs. Evidently, she balances her diet whenever she undergoes special training. She said,
“When I’m in training mode, I’ll do no dairy, no sugar, but normally it depends what I’m cooking.”
She did admit to indulging in comfort foods during the winter time but now that spring is here, she’s getting back into her workouts. No more macaroni and cheese for Vanessa! She explains,
“I have a trainer that I go to. If I’m not seeing my trainer, I’m on the treadmill. If you cut out stuff – I hate to say not eat, but if you eat less – then you’re going to see results. You back off the sweets – try to eliminate those – and eat a lot of proteins and leafy greens. You’ll see results.”
